I Know What It Feels
Like to Struggle.

I spent most of my 20s and early 30s on a cycle of diets, cleanses, and gym plans I couldn't stick to. I lost weight, regained it, lost it again — always wondering what was wrong with me.

Nothing was wrong with me. The diets were wrong. The approach was wrong. Nobody was teaching women about how our hormones, stress levels, and lifestyle actually affect our weight.

I became a qualified nutrition and health coach because I wanted to understand the real science — not the Instagram version of it. And I wanted to share what I'd learned with women who were going through the same exhausting cycle I had.

Today I coach women 1:1, personally, with a program built around their actual life — not a generic plan downloaded from the internet. That's the difference. That's what finally works.
